This policy describes how BrightSmile Dental Clinic collects and uses personal data submitted through the appointment booking form.
Name, phone number, email address, preferred service, date, time window, and any message you include. We do not collect payment data through this form.
We use your data solely to respond to your appointment request and to send a confirmation email. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except our email delivery provider (Resend).
Appointment request data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@brightsmile.example.
